 BFIT LBT

Taking our popular LBT class and bringing it into our Functional area giving even more range of equipment to give you that full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up the main stubborn areas of the legs, bum and stomach! It is also a great class for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

The class generally starts with an aerobic warm up, followed by numerous exercises including squats, lunges, crunches and floor work.
