Boxing HIIT is our high intensity cardio workout lasting 45 Minutes.  We include a variety of boxing based workouts using pads and gloves, skipping ropes and bodyweight exercises, all focusing on toning and fitness.

Open to all levels there's no need for any boxing experience!
