Circuit Based Training
These are small group-based classes which include a variety of exercises performed in a circuit like fashion usually in a set order for around 30 minutes.
WOD – Workout of The Day
If you’re looking for something a little more intense or challenging to your routine, we provide regular WOD’s via our WOD board and also instructor led classes that like Circuit training includes a variety of exercises but these will often be challenge based such as completing a set routine within a specific time or as fast as possible.
