I love to help others achieve their fitness goals!

I qualified as a P.T. in 2007 but was a fitness instructor and gymnastics coach for many years prior. I got into fitness after having my 3 children (including twins!) so I understand how hard and frustrating it is when trying to regain your figure. I love to share my enthusiasm for fitness and mix it with fun to help people realise their goals - whether they are health, fitness or weight loss.

I’m a lively, bubbly person who enjoys working with a wide range of clients of different abilities. I’ve worked with a junior GB tennis player on strength & conditioning and injury rehab. Another client had low basic fitness and is now running Ultra Marathons!

I’ve solved many people’s back issues, alongside a huge number of successful weight loss achievements. I pride myself in offering a holistic approach including nutritional advice and programmes specifically tailored to your needs. Most of my clients have two programmes to alternate between as variety is key to your success.

I’m a keen sportsman and my degree in Sports and Exercise Science has given me first class knowledge of how the body works allowing me to advise and guide you on your journey to achieve your goals.

I specialise in weight/fat loss, strength/muscle building, nutrition and improving athletic performance. Since 2016, in both Auckland, New Zealand and here in Stafford, I’ve helped hundreds of clients reach their goals; from running their first ever 10k race to losing 3 stone of body mass; fixing postural issues to constantly achieving personal bests with the weights they lift. I love teaching people how to change their life and I love to see their results.

I am a qualified level 3 Personal trainer, Lifeguard, Bootcamp instructor, Exercise to music instructor, Kinesiology taping technician, and currently working towards my level 4 strength and conditioning award. I also take specialist mobility sessions with dementia and Parkinson’s clients.

My love for life and being fit and healthy has helped me achieve my goals of helping people completely change their lifestyle and outlook on life. I am the founder of trademarked bespoke classes Booty Club and Corefit, and owner and creator of the Scorpion Run Assault Course.

I specialise in all areas of fitness, weight loss and body sculpture, having helped over 250 clients lose over 1750kg in the past 12 years. I’m currently using calisthenics, giving myself and my clients a different approach to training. This uses bodyweight exercises and movements.

I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and hold a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Chichester University. Sport and exercise has been a massive part of my life. From basketball, athletics, football, golf to badminton, you name it I’ve probably played it.

With over 10 years of coaching / personal training, I’ve helped many people achieve their goals whether it be weight loss or enhancing sporting performance. My client Sue Bennett, a liver transplant patient, won gold medal at the World Transplant Games in 2017 and made Team GB in her discipline.

I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. I specialise in weight loss, building muscle and or muscle definition. I also offer nutritional advice and training programs to help motivate and steer my clients in the right direction and achieve their desired fitness goals.

From an early age I was always into sports. I was involved in racket sports and I’m a keen long distance runner. I regularly enter the Stafford 10k’s and half marathons for both local and national cancer charities. I have helped clients of all different ages, gender and medical conditions attain their goals.
