Pilates is a routine of functional exercise movements which help you to work on Alignment, Flexibility, Balance, Deep Core Work and Posture.

This workout strengthens and encourages mobility in the whole body whilst embracing the mind/ body philosophy of focus, breathing and mental awareness of body movement.
