We're back with another one of our classes Yoga




Yoga includes a wide range of contemplative and self-disciplinary practices. these include meditation, mantra, breath work, ritual, chanting, prayer and selfless action.



Scientific research show that yoga is beneficial for your over all wellbeing. Here are just some of the benefits;

Anyone can do yoga even beginners there isn't a set level, everyone can build progress through consistency, our Sunday class is ideal for this it is a full hour of relaxation and body strength building.
