Our classes up close- Body Pump/ Body attack and Body Combat
We’re back with another class (or three this time)
For those that aren’t familiar with these classes, they are all LesMills, however, they are all very different classes.
LesMills are an industry leader at creating classes, that good, all instructors who teach them require their own qualification to do so. They create blocks of training that the instructors follow and ensure you all become masters of the move before moving onto the next one.
So, with that in mind, lets dive into the first one! BodyPump.

BodyPump is the original barbell class, creating workouts for those that want to get lean, toned and fit, fast!
Creating a full body workout, there is plenty of reps during this class allowing for up to 400 calories burnt per class. All exercises involved in this class are scientifically backed, giving you the peace of mind that the exercises you are doing will work!
BodyAttack.
BodyAttack is a high energy fitness class, catering for total beginners, to even the best of us. BodyAttack combines athletic movements with strength, so, one minute you could be running and jumping and the next you could be doing push ups and squats. The variety

allows for an entertaining class burning up to 555 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
And finally,
BodyCombat-
A high energy martial arts inspired workout, it is perfect for those that like these movements-but not the contact

Burning up to 570 calories per class, you will learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, boxing, all the way to Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. A great way to not only burn calories, but to also release the stresses of everyday life.
