Now we've dived into what our spin classes entail, we think it's time we told you about our other amazing classes. This time around, we'll be going over the benefits of our Zumba classes and what to expect if you're wanting to try one out. Zumba is a great class for those that find your typical exercises 'boring' as Zumba is essentially a huge dance party! With great music, great friends, and a great instructor, exercise can once again, be a fun part of your lifestyle.

Improved co-ordination - Co-ordination is key in life, Zumba, along with the other key benefits cardiovascular wise, Zumba will increase your co-ordination.
Aerobic and anaerobic benefits - Zumba makes reaching your target heart rate much easier than standard workouts, by using songs that average 145 beats per minute, the fast paced songs makes it feel natural to move around quickly.
