Workout Wednesday

Each Wednesday we will be bringing you a new workout for the week! Each week one of our amazing PT's will design a workout for you to do consisting of all different training methods including which equipment from the gym you will need and how long each session will be. This weeks workout was created by Michael and is a HIIT circuit that can be completed in the functional area of the gym. Duration: 30 Minutes

Equipment: SkiErg BikeErg Kettlebell of your choice

The Workout: BikeErg- 30 second sprint at max effort

15 second rest SkiErg- 30 seconds max effort 15 second rest Kettlebell swings- 15 reps (Alternative exercise: squat to shoulder press) 15 second rest Squat Jumps- 15 reps (Alternative exercise: squat or seated squat) 45 second- 1 minute rest Repeat until 30 minutes complete Let us know how you get on.
