Yoga with Caroline looks to provide you with more bodily awareness, to explore a wide range of sustainable movement patterns, that allow you to move with more freedom, strength, and ease in your day to day life!
All sessions begin with a reset and an abdominal sequence to fire up your centre, moving through to a slow-flowing sequence to stimulate your body, breath, and mind.
We progress into a cool down, when the muscles in the body are warm and more supple, to ensure maximum impact in different stretches. Finally, we come through into our final relaxation, to allow the body to absorb the benefits of the practice.
We’re never overly-serious in our classes, so come along and give it a go!
