Step aerobics moves range from simple to advanced.
The most basic is a step-up, step-down. Once you get more experienced, you do moves that take you over the top and around the step forwards, sideways, and backwards.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Our LBT class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up the main stubborn areas of the legs, bum and stomach! It is also a great class for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.
The class generally starts with an aerobic warm up, followed by numerous exercises including squats, lunges, crunches and floor work.

Boxing HIIT is our high-intensity cardio workout lasting 45 minutes. We include a variety of boxing based workouts using pads and gloves, skipping ropes and bodyweight exercises, all focusing on toning and fitness.
