DO limit the frequency of cheat meals to around once every ten days.

DON'T feel guilty about eating your favourite foods on a cheat meal

DO have a cheat meal instead of a cheat day

DON'T feel bad if this happens more then once every 10 ten days

DO have meals you enjoy

DON'T restrict yourself too much throughout the week
