Goal setting can help you focus, and gain momentum in life., it can help you gain control of your own life. It has been shown that goal setting can improve your mental health as it gives you something to focus on, and as you achieve each goal it gives you a sense of pride and joy.
Goals can be set in many areas of your life, you can set them for work, house tasks, the gym and so many more things, goals are never ending, and as you accomplish one you will be able to set more and more.
So my task for you is to set yourself a list of goals. It doesn't have to be many, maybe just 5 and set the dates you want to achieve them by, make today the first day of becoming the best version of yourself.
