Legs, Bums and Tums Workout Inside
This week for our lovely members we have another absolutely free workout this time to work those Legs, Bums and Tums this is the perfect workout for those wishing to place specific emphasis on these areas and can be worked into your current training plan as it's only 2 days per week with a recommend length of 6 weeks to get the most from this plan.
All levels can follow along from beginner to veteran and will help you get ready for Summer. More programmes are on the way so keep an eye within the Membr app and signup to our blog to be the first to take part.
